PetsN’Moore reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at its discretion. Whenever we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, however, we will communicate policy updates and their effective dates by either posting a notice on petsnmoore.com or sending you an email. If you continue to use any of our Sites after a policy change, it means that you accept the changes in the Privacy Policy.

1. Consent

a. When commercially practical, PetsN’Moore will obtain your consent to collect, use or disclose personal information (including Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personal Data, as those terms are defined below). PetsN’Moore may collect, use or disclose personal information without your consent:

(iv) when PetsN’Moore or its affiliates require legal advice from an attorney;

b. 5. Security and Content From Other Websites, Advertisements & External Links

Some PetsN’Moore Services (e.g. websites, newsletters, blogs, social media) may contain informational or commercial advertisements (or) links to external websites or networks. We do not control the websites or networks of third parties provided through links on PetsN’Moore Sites or their information collection and privacy practices. PetsN’Moore is not responsible for the accuracy of information or privacy practices employed by any websites or services linked from PetsN’Moore Sites. This Privacy Policy does not address the information practices of those third party web sites, and we encourage you to read the legal notices posted on such websites, including their Terms of Use and Privacy Policies. All inquiries concerning the terms and policies of third party websites should be addressed to the third party hosting the respective website.

6. Use of Cookies

a. The PetsN’Moore Sites use “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a small piece of data in the form of a text file that is placed on your hard drive that is sent from a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

b. One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to track your activities on a website (e.g., pages visited, links clicked on, etc.), and to record information about your use of the website so when you return to the site, customized features can be provided. 7. Children’s Privacy

Because we care about the safety and privacy of children online, we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”). COPPA and its accompanying regulations protect the privacy of children using the Internet. PetsN’Moore does not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 16.

The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

MEDIA: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
